What teachers ask

Is a neural network writing the problems?

No. A template is your own formula with variables and constraints: ranges for the coefficients, a positive discriminant, integer roots, a prime constant term. Mathix only substitutes numbers that satisfy every constraint — the structure of the problem, the method and the difficulty stay exactly as you set them.

Do I have to learn a markup language?

No. A problem is assembled by clicking: pick the type, set the ranges, watch the preview update. LaTeX works under the hood, so the PDF looks like a textbook — you never write it.

Which topics and grades are covered?

Algebra and computational topics, grades 5–11: fractions and percent, linear equations and systems, quadratic, rational and irrational equations, trigonometry, logarithms, derivatives, integrals. Geometry comes later — write to us which topics you need and they go into the queue.
